Age and identity I am 18 years or older, and the date of birth I have given is my own and is true.
My identity I choose to share my gender identity, pronouns and orientation on my profile. I understand these are special category personal data, that I entered them voluntarily, and that I can change, hide or delete them at any time from Privacy settings.
My photographs I control who sees my photographs. I have chosen whether they are visible to every member, only to people I match with, or only to people I let in one at a time, and I understand I can change that choice at any time.
Matching and messages I understand that people I match with can message me, that I can unmatch, block and report anyone at any moment, and that blocking is permanent unless I undo it.
Meeting safely I will meet people in a public place the first time, and I understand this platform does not run background checks and cannot guarantee anyone is who they say they are, whether or not they carry a verified badge.
Conduct I will not harass, out, threaten or impersonate anyone, will not share anyone's photographs, messages or identity outside this app, and will not send sexual content to anyone who has not asked for it. I understand doing any of this ends my account.
Use of my details I consent to my profile details being used to show me to the people I have chosen to be shown to, and to show me people who have chosen to be shown to me. My identity document, if I submit one, is never shown on my profile.
Policies and data rights I have read and accept the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety Policy and Privacy Policy. My data is processed under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and I can withdraw consent or ask for deletion at any time.
