What to contact us about
- Reporting a member. Send the profile name and what happened. We investigate every report, and we never tell the other person who reported them.
- Somebody is threatening to out you. Say so in the first line and we will prioritise it. See also the Safety Guide.
- A payment problem. Send the date and the amount and we will trace it.
- Your verification is taking too long. Documents are usually reviewed within a few hours during working hours.
- A reviewer got your identity wrong. Write to the grievance officer and it will be looked at again by someone else.
- Deleting your account or your data. Do it yourself from your account page, or write from your registered email address.
- Which ID to send. Passport, driving licence, voter ID or PAN. We do not accept Aadhaar, and verification is optional.
- A legal or law enforcement request. Read the transparency page first; requests must go to the grievance officer in writing, with the order attached.
Reporting something urgent
If you feel unsafe or believe a crime has taken place, contact the police first on 112 (women's helpline 181, cyber fraud 1930). Then tell us, so we can suspend the account and preserve the records.
